The crazy thing is, being in alignment. Like some things tried to deter me from being present. I think the anxiety filled zooms was a huge hurdle. I pushed through them and was happy I did because there was fruit and meat once the chaos subsided. I had to get through the noise though.
I'm not sure what happened in the ones that didn't get posted. Kinda sad we didn't get to hear them. Honestly though if you decided not to share them it is for a reason.
Anyways. I was deciding get myself in better health. I no longer want to suffer from the diabetes, high blood pressure, depression and anxiety. I have been able to slowly reduce my medication. I'M READY TO THROW ALL THE MEDICATION AWAY!!!🥲
