TashaK Live is a community where members can connect, have conversations, debate, disagree, laugh, share opinions, and enjoy the content together.
We welcome different personalities, perspectives, backgrounds, and opinions. You do not have to agree with another member to participate in this community.
However, disagreement does not give anyone permission to harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against, defame, or intentionally target another member.
By participating in the TashaK Live Community, you agree to follow these rules.
Members are expected to treat one another with reasonable respect.
Healthy disagreements, debates, criticism, jokes, and differences of opinion are permitted. Personal disagreements should not become campaigns of harassment or abuse.
If you do not want to interact with another member, use the available block, unfollow, mute, or reporting features rather than continuously escalating the conflict publicly.
Harassment and cyberbullying are prohibited.
This includes repeatedly targeting another member with abusive or threatening messages, following a member from post to post for the purpose of attacking them, encouraging other members to gang up on someone, creating additional accounts to continue targeting someone who has blocked you, or engaging in a sustained campaign intended to intimidate or humiliate another member.
A disagreement, argument, criticism, negative opinion, or isolated unpleasant interaction does not automatically constitute bullying or harassment.
TashaK Live does not permit unlawful discriminatory or hateful conduct directed toward individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
Members may discuss controversial social, cultural, political, religious, entertainment, and current-event topics. Disagreement with someone's beliefs or opinions does not by itself violate this rule.
Members are responsible for what they post.
Do not knowingly publish materially false statements of fact about another person that could unlawfully damage that person's reputation.
Opinions, commentary, criticism, speculation, satire, and personal experiences should not knowingly be presented as established facts when they are not.
TashaK Live does not verify, endorse, adopt, or guarantee the accuracy of statements, allegations, opinions, or accusations posted by individual community members.
Each member is responsible for their own statements and content.
Credible threats of physical violence or harm against another member or any other person are prohibited.
Do not encourage others to commit violence or use the TashaK Live Community to facilitate unlawful conduct.
Serious or credible threats may be reported to appropriate authorities when necessary or required by law.
Do not post another person's non-public personal information without authorization.
This includes private home addresses, personal telephone numbers, financial information, government identification numbers, passwords, private medical information, or other sensitive information that could reasonably expose someone to fraud, stalking, harassment, or physical danger.
Do not use the TashaK Live Community to recruit, organize, or encourage other members to attack, harass, intimidate, mass-message, or intentionally disrupt another member.
Members are responsible for their individual conduct even when participating in a group disagreement.
Not every disagreement between members requires intervention from TashaK Live.
When possible, personal disputes should be handled privately or by using the block, unfollow, mute, or report features.
TashaK Live is not responsible for mediating personal relationships, friendships, disagreements, or disputes between community members.
Do not impersonate another member, Tasha K, TashaK Live staff, public figures, businesses, or other individuals or organizations in a misleading manner.
Do not create alternate accounts for the purpose of avoiding a suspension, ban, block, or other community restriction.
Do not use the community to spam members, operate scams, solicit fraudulent payments, distribute malicious links, or repeatedly advertise unrelated products or services without authorization.
Members should exercise caution before sending money or providing personal information to anyone they meet through the community.
Anything you post, upload, comment, message, or otherwise contribute to the community is your responsibility.
Your posts represent your views, not necessarily the views of Tasha K, TashaK Live, its owners, employees, contractors, moderators, affiliates, or representatives.
TashaK Live is not responsible for statements or conduct originating from individual community members, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Members may report content they believe violates these Community Rules.
A report does not automatically mean that another member has violated the rules, nor does it guarantee that a post will be removed or an account will be suspended.
TashaK Live may review the circumstances and determine what action, if any, is appropriate.
Do not abuse the reporting system by intentionally submitting false reports against members simply because you disagree with them or do not like them.
TashaK Live reserves the right to moderate its community.
Depending on the circumstances, violations may result in:
A warning;
Removal of a post or comment;
Restriction of commenting or community privileges;
Temporary suspension;
Permanent removal from the community; or
Account termination where appropriate under the TashaK Live Terms of Service.
The severity and frequency of the conduct may be considered when determining what action to take.
TashaK Live is not required to take identical action in every situation.
Not everyone in the community will get along.
If another member's personality, opinions, or posts are negatively affecting your experience, you are encouraged to unfollow, mute, or block that member.
Blocking someone is an acceptable way to establish a personal boundary and does not require intervention from TashaK Live.
TashaK Live welcomes passionate conversations.
Members are allowed to disagree.
Members are allowed to criticize.
Members are allowed to have unpopular opinions.
Members are allowed to defend their positions.
But members may not turn disagreements into harassment, credible threats, unlawful discrimination, doxxing, cyberbullying, or other prohibited conduct.
Debate the issue. Do not wage a campaign against the person.
This community belongs to everyone who participates in good faith.
Before posting, ask yourself whether you are contributing to the conversation or intentionally trying to create a harmful personal conflict.
We want members to have fun, speak freely within the rules, enjoy TashaK Live content, and interact without feeling that every disagreement must become a personal war.
TashaK Live may take appropriate action when it determines that these Community Rules have been violated.
Repeated or serious violations may result in loss of community privileges or further action under the TashaK Live Terms of Service.
Community moderation decisions are made to protect the safety, integrity, and experience of the overall TashaK Live community.
Have conversations. Debate. Laugh. Agree. Disagree.
But respect other members' right to enjoy the community too.
If you don't like someone's content, unfollow them.
If you don't want someone interacting with you, block them.
If someone violates these rules, report them.
If it's simply a disagreement, keep it moving.
Participation in the TashaK Live Community is subject to these Community Rules and the TashaK Live Terms of Service.
