TK I’m waiting for you to put up the schedule for the 14 day detox but I heard you say the other night that the last three days is going to be a all water fast. Why do you change the detox every year? I absolutely love the first one. I actually just got finished doing the first one I finished last night, but I am still going to jump in with y’all and do it again on the first but three days of no food is really intense
