TRIGGER WARNING - A former Minnesota State Trooper, Jeremy Plonski, just pleaded guilty to producing and distributing CSAM (Child S*x Abuse Material), involving an infant and he’s getting a plea deal.

You read that right. A man who wore a badge, who swore to protect the public, filmed himself abusing a baby and shared it online. And instead of facing every single charge, he’s walking away with a deal. After abusing a BABY.

Here’s what that really means:

He admitted guilt to just two counts — one for producing and one for distributing CSAM. In exchange, two other federal charges are being dismissed at sentencing. The rest just disappear.

But it doesn’t end there. He’s still facing state charges for the sexual assault of that same infant. The fact that any of this can even be negotiated is beyond comprehension.

How do you abuse a baby, create that kind of material, and still get a plea deal?

How does anyone in power justify that?

This is exactly why I started a petition to end plea deals for predators. Because every time this happens, it sends one message: the system will protect offenders before it protects children.

We can’t keep letting people like this walk away with deals.
