Being apart of the black community I don’t think we talk about mental health enough . And we even sometimes put it off as “ that’s some white shit “ or “ ain’t nothing wrong with you “ but in fact that’s adding to whatever trauma we already going thru and not getting the help we need just makes for a lot of lost adults . I’m looking for a therapist or life coach or whatever , I would love it if these professional was platformed more .
