I was traveling all day yesterday and flights got delayed and everything! For those that want refunds for the tour, Just file a dispute with your bank or credit card company and tell them no services were rendered. They will issue a refund immediately. You can rebook if you want to attend next year. You don’t have to go through support. Just go through your bank or credit card company. I have a contract with a different tour company and their policy is a little different on refunds. However, file a dispute and their won’t be any issues.
