Hello my fellow Winos, Just to end Black History Month with a little cuteness. My son's school had a new thing out now called a living museum and they did a living black history museum. He was chosen to represent his class. His teacher and I chose
W.E.B. Dubois, and I must say that he really did great and Mr. Dubois would be very proud of how he was represented by this little guy. Please help me congratulate him on a job well done.
Asking a second grader to stand still like a statue in a museum for a few hours is a lot.
@Tasha, in my opinion what we have come to know about "Jane Doe" is probably a direct result of the trauma that she suffered as a result of what she experienced as a minor. Whether it promiscuity, substance abuse ,etc. whatever behaviors she exhibited as an adult could easily be directly caused by past trauma. We should not judge her, we should use that information to pinned puffy to the crucifix. What society does not know is what a victim's life would have been if they had not been traumatized. When will society stop blaming victims?

Tasha K are you following Nature Boy / Bishop’s trial? I know you did a series on him, just wondering your thoughts or anyone else’s thoughts that have been tracking. Today he was found guilty on ALL FIVE COUNTS and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole PLUS 10 years! Winos what are yall thoughts?
