Winos, I ain’t gonna lie… I messed up yesterday I ate pistachios and garlic shrimp. But today I’m ready! For the past two weeks I’ve had snacks in the house and I didn’t eat any! Now that I started the detox the snacks is all I wanted. I got rid of everything and went to buy healthy snacks. I’m feeling Great! I hope any of you that might have messed up just KEEP IT GOING!!!
