For those of you that are struggling with drinking water.... I use to struggle with this as well, but I know I needed it. So what I started doing was buying the smaller bottle of waters (it was a mind thing for me). The smaller bottles was so overwhelming and next thing I knew I was downing them little babies back to back. I actually was getting my water take in... By doing this I ended up graduating to the bigger bottles. Now you can't stop me from drinking water. I hope this can help someone else.
