I am right here with you. We are both on 23 hours. I'm glad you decided to do this and from this post I see you are too. I also will be deep cleaning my room after church to stay busy and thanks for mentioning about a plan, cause Im now going to do the same. WATER is our dear friend today. One more day.... Stay couragred. 💞💞💞

Started my 23 hours of fasting at 8pm, Went to the gym and got it done, now home in the bed. GN gotta get rested for church in the morning. Keep strong Wino's, we're almost there.

Those headaches will go away. Please keep at it, the reward is so beautiful at the end. Go read about the 6 stages of fasting that Tasha posted and pinned at the top of this feed. It's really helpful and it makes what we're doing make sense. I'm here rooting for you.
