I just bought one last night because i knew i didn’t want to take Tylenol while doing the detox. It is everything… i am laying here now with it on because my cramps are kicking up a little but they are nothing compared to last month pre detox. This is the most amazing thing..

Oh i love this guy! I watch all of his videos. He is a healthy keto specialist. Maybe for those who don’t want to completely remove meat from their diet. He teaches how to do keto and clean eating without eating a bunch of excess fat.
