I honestly think he just talks fast and uses words that if we looked up the words he isn't even using correctly. When Tasha asks him a direct question Boyce he stutters. To me he isn't intelligent he isn't saying anything but repeating the same stuff in a different way. Yes he knows stuff to say about universe but he isn't really saying anything! Just listen to him.
