I feel like Jasmine is staying neutral because A. She still works for/with TK and B. This puts her in a crazy position. I dont think Tasha is at fault on anything thats going on right now with Chelsea because Tasha never spoke on anything. We knew Chelsea was here one day and then the next she was gone. Tasha didnt drag Chelsea, she didnt wish her any bad, she did what she had to do and kept it moving. Chelsea brought all of this on herself by running her mouth!! She wrote a book, a tell all book so she says. That wasnt good enough so she then goes and start platform planting things and it has back fired. You can look in Tasha’s face and tell that she didnt want to deal or engage any of this but her hand got forced.

Hating?? I am a Opinionologist and im a SUPER lesbian!! In MY opinion, she looks like Little Foot. People have told me for YEARS that i look like Homer Simpson and its true, but that is also THEIR opinion!!

I believe if the author changes the names and dont use fact to fact information, then they book can be authorized and releasd without the other party. It would have to fall under “based on a true story” category which means names, events, times, etc are NOT used directly. Which means, if Little Foot used ANYTHING of Tasha’s, TK can get her for defamation, pain and suffering, retaliation, bullying, so much!! And i believe TK may can get her for stealing. Im not exactly sure how that part would work in this situation but my uncle recently had a suit and he sued the lady for stealing his personal information and life events to enhance her likeness in our community and he won. She had to pay my uncle $300,000!
