Animal control said they can't help because it happened inside the dog park and not on the street. They told me it was civil but I need help finding her. I just downloaded the nextdoor app and put out some information because it's local to my area. I started a gofundme, I put the info about the situation on local fb groups for my area and I have a neighbor reviewing her footage for me and keeping an eye out for her and will contact me if anything comes up.
