That’s how I was raised. I was pushed to go HARD when I played sports. I don’t think he knows any other way to be present. My mother was a track star and was hard to please in sports 🏀. Training was just like that. These are people of the Arnold Era of working out. Not saying that I fully agree with his tactics, but I do understand where it came from and how it can manifest that way on your children beyond anything else, based off of an ideal of absolute fitness.That Bluface shit is just plain ignorant af!
