I love this. I love the “being the bigger person vibes”. Idk. For sure don’t like seeing TK being the topic of the mess but I’m here for how she is handling it. Calm, controlled, composed yet equally lethal. I’m a person with forgiving heart, usually don’t get my lick back. It’s nice to see there is a way to give equal energy impact and not be pushed around. Especially by a child that is trying to embarrass THE SHIT out of you. I respect the interview option. Shows she not running or hiding from nothing or no one and gives some other creators the opportunity to eat or beat on the subject. I just don’t know. Only TK can say when she is done. It’s hitting her professionally and personally. I’m just gonna sit back and support and hope she continues to play chess while the other party plays checkers. Create a new row and title it NEW RELEASES. Release three (3) shows of each category for the Winos to scroll through and get a mini bindge session going. At the 3 week mark, filter all the new releases to their respective categories (wine cellar, comedy, drama series, etc). Then refresh with another 3 set. This will keep fresh content on the stage, give us enough to bindge to develop a solid show interest and gives us time to check out the other new options. This is beautiful and I absolutely get where you are coming from. However, she said f your kids, and Tontu is nearly 18. Absolutely old enough and grown enough to know and see what’s going on. Tontu wrote her the letter for her baby shower and still keeps in contact with her. Imagine how she felt seeing or hearing that. Sorry not sorry like Beyonce say. No no hell naw. Gloves off. Tasha exposed a little and kept it cute but that last line of that live made my heart sink. Can’t imagine how TK felt as a mother hearing that. TK knows what she’s doing. Wino gang, gang, gang. 🍷

Yessss and thank you for sharing! So the stress part is tricky. A hot drink usually helps dull that need to snack and gives you a soothing comfort and even a fuller feeling. I like to eat before bed for that full restful feeling but I’ve been able to curb it by having tea at night. I have all kinds of tea and never drink them but I have my honey and lemon and I just sip and watch my shoes until they watch me. That helps. Also, I just make it a point to have a healthy snack to snack on. Like how you had the fruit that was perfect. But I also try to keep things handy that I can bindge on that aren’t too bad. Like a trail mix that doesn’t have candy or chocolate in it, nut pack. Walnuts, almonds, cashews. The kind that you buy for like $1.79 at 7-11 but you can get a big box for at Costco or Sam’s Club. After you eat about 3 packs the crave will be gone lol. Also lots of water helps. I have sooooo many other suggestions. Happy to continue to share. Oh fruit snacks but the real fruit kind. But that’s for after the fast in the maintenance phase. Lifestyle changes create long term results. Cheers! 🍷🍷
