Happy birthday! Get the once a week vitamin d supplement from your doctor, I believe it’s D2. Create or revitalize your self care routine, such as adding a Mommy’s Bath night on Friday night. Create a whole vibe for yourself and do it after the house has settled, so if that’s 11pm, then 11pm it is. Spend time outdoors even if it’s just taking a morning or evening walk around your neighborhood with a tea/coffee/coconut water/wine/spritzer/kombucha…whatever the day calls for. Journal, at least one day of the week but on your schedule. Get a cute notebook and pen from an office supply store or Target. Become a plant Mom, something easy, beautiful and inexpensive -good options at Trader Joe’s. Find fulfillment in your life beyond the beautiful world you have created with your husband and child.
