She sounds young because she is young. She sings inexperience, because she is inexperienced in some respects. She is hurt and broken behind all of this. She's trying to downplay her feelings to come across as if it's not that big of a deal in a attempt to not show how much she cares and is hurt behind it all. She seems to very gentle and sweet. He broke her heart because she didn't understand the game for real.

I think she is one of those people who present themselves to be a type of way to get on a show, when it's not who they are.
