Try glucomann I take two and drink a bottle of water before dinner and it suppresses my appetite also look up berbrine as well, I fast for 16 hours and then eat a big meal and then for dinner I take the glucomannan and its makes me only eat a little bit.. And I have been hitting the gym at least 4 times a week hopefully by Christmas I will have lost some weight I'm 245 now.

I fell asleep woke up and hear her say she not going to tell us what happened that night🤦🏾‍♀️wow I’m with Tasha. I wanted the meat and potatoes. I was waiting for it.

You took the words right out my mouth

Get well soon Tantu❤️

I will take the little boy❤️

He is very special… he sounds like a lil boy and I feel like he is abusive towards her, he talks very disrespectful
