I’m about to do the 30 minute Monique Movement exercise with Monique & Dwayne on YT. Just now ate leftover bass (fish), sliced cucumbers with salt and pepper and a banana 🍌 and drank a half cup of black coffee with no sugar or cream 😲

I’m not sure if this fast supposed to help you lose weight or a cleanse. Anyway so far I feel a lil lighter in the tummy which is a good thing! ☺️I took pictures of my weight yesterday and today. Day 1 picture taken 3PM yesterday
