This was a great ZOOM. I cracked up laughing when Tasha said I want to see you both in the principal's office😆.  Happy everything went well 🥰 In the last part of the zoom the topic was on micro-needling.  I have a confession, I started my micro-needling sessions on my neck in Feb. due to my weight loss & age, I had/have loose wrinkle skin in my neck area. I will be on my 7th session in August. My cosmetic doctor charges $200 per session. I also use the Vul.U.Lift cream that was recommended by my cosmetic doctor ($150) for the cream which last about 3 months.  I use it daily on my neck and lower jaw area to help reduce the wrinkle hanging skin. The Tashak14dayfast actually started me on my health journey (watching what I eat, I also started exercising with Monique the comedian and Dwight at least 3 times per week).  In Feb. I was diagnosed with lower back spine osteoporosis and last month with high blood pressure 😐. Have to lay off that salt! That's my story and i'm sticking to it 😆
