said the same thing, and this is honestly what I hope Tasha K does block out the BS. I hope somebody on her team reads this because she seriously needs to get another set of high-powered lawyers or legal experts to reexamine this entire case with a fine-tooth comb. I don’t know if that means another appellate strategy, constitutional lawyers, or somebody who specializes in media law and freedom of speech, but something about this situation still does not sit right with me.

There is no way, in my opinion, that back in 2018 when all of this first started, Tasha K should’ve been hit with a $4 million judgment. That feels excessive. Nobody can convince me otherwise. I could understand maybe damages in the range of thousands or even hundreds of thousands, but $4 million? For a blogger whose platform at the time was nowhere near worth that amount? It just does not make sense to me.

And then on top of that, the restrictions, the ongoing penalties, and the idea that she can’t even speak on certain celebrity situations involving public figures? That starts feeling like Harassment/silencing!!! silencing . It starts feeling like someone’s ability to make money and operate on their platform is being heavily controlled.

Meanwhile, people ignore all the problematic things demon herself ..herself has publicly said and done over the years. Mocking people, di” dead kids/ disabled “ allegedly allegedly “ kids, public guilt plea for paying gang members to beat up innocent women.., violent situations people excuse all of that because she has fame, money, industry backing, and a machine behind her. But Tasha K gets treated like she’s the problematic person involved in this situation. That’s why a lot of this comes off as industry… related!

And yes, I know Tasha K has said things she should not have said. I’m not denying that. But the punishment still feels disproportionate in comparison to what other celebrities, media companies, and public figures have gotten away with for decades. CNN, Fox News, tabloids, bloggers, radio hosts people have been sued before, but this situation feels extreme.

I honestly think Tasha K needs to step back for a few days, regroup mentally, and have somebody thoroughly review every part of this case again because something about the entire situation still feels off to me. People can be dense.., but that’s my opinion.
