I’m not a fan of Charlie I actually didn’t even know who he was until after his death. I listened to that interview in its entirety. He was referring to DEI and basically saying we don’t want to ask ourselves is a black pilot there because he’s qualified or because of DEI? That’s it that’s all. And DEI has only helped predominantly white women and gay white men.
