Why is that?

Don't give up on the testng. What all has she been tested for? Food allergies, blood levels (circulation), heart function? Is she retaining water or is it fat deposits? I highly recommend a diagnosis before trying random treatments. Also consider taking her to a research hospital, they tend to be more exposed to rarer conditions. I pray you all find a diagnosis and treatment soon.
