naw, the gov. is doing their job in proving the case. Even if he didn't directly get his hands dirty...the evidence is def. showing he is the one in charge, intimidating, manipulating, paying. The ricco charge isnt even a stretch when you factor in all the people he forces to make his wishes come true.  Its a full coordinated effort.  its sad that is all for his weird desires of control.
