I tried watching again tonight. It seems a bit forced, at times. To me, I feel like she has studied the way Tasha presents information and tries to incorporate it in her commentary (glasses, the yelling@Jasmine, spinning in the chair etc.) and I think it would just be a better show if she just did her own thing her own way. I’m watching, it’s just not entertaining because it doesn’t seem “authentic” or original. She’s funny, though. I think overall she’s doing a good job. Tonight was a lot better. However, I will say lots of winos enjoy her and she was voted to return so I ain’t mad at it! BUT GET WELL SOOOOONNN TASHA. ❤️🍷

I’ve never seen a notice to vacate look like this. Seems unlawful and even says if you fail to leave we will file eviction notice. Well, that’s exactly what they would have to do. You have a right to challenge and contact property management. I wouldn’t deal with an assistant manager or office receptionist. So sorry this is happening and praying it is all worked out but no, they cannot just put you out in 3 days, legally! I’d be there bright and early tomorrow am. Be sure to print/email yourself your ledgers and other paperwork from the online portal from previous months to support your claims. Most times it’s some type of error. Praying that’s the case.🙏
