Good Morning WINOS🥂 Sunday, September 20th. Two days before the first day of fall. We are doing the 14 Day Fast again, together. https://payhip.com/b/UlA1i

There is a reason we are doing it right as the season turns. Fall is when things fall off so new things can be planted. That is not just the trees, that is us too. We are clearing our minds and our spirits by staying away from the things that keep our thinking cloudy, kill our creativity, and keep us running on empty.

Yes, you are going to lose weight. You are also going to lose some habits you have been carrying around way too long, and that is the part that makes room for something new to grow.

I updated the ebook. New elements, new recipes, and a whole new structure I am excited for you to get into.

Grab it now so you have time to plan before we start. We go live Sunday, September 20th. Link to download- https://payhip.com/b/UlA1i
