Omg breaking my fast with a soup. I got physically weak during my fast but I stayed hydrated and got to moving. Winos we really did it! Thank you Tasha for pulling us together for this. 💜🙌🏾

Does the 23hr Fast starts after our eating window today or was it supposed to start last night? I see a few post of 23 hours are almost complete. I'd figure Sunday into Monday will be the 24hours.

The closer we get to our goal, the harder to fight to finish. I start fasting at 4pm everyday cause lunch be enough for me.

Fresh out the gym🙌🏾 for everyone fasting these 18 hours will be a breeze. If you stop eating before your window closes that's when you start your fasting hours!
