Does the 23hr Fast starts after our eating window today or was it supposed to start last night? I see a few post of 23 hours are almost complete. I'd figure Sunday into Monday will be the 24hours.

The closer we get to our goal, the harder to fight to finish. I start fasting at 4pm everyday cause lunch be enough for me.

Finally back in the gym 🙂 been 4 weeks since my last workout. I feel great, hope everybody has a great day.

After yesterday my body was tired. I woke up made sure my kids had breakfast and I went back to bed around 9 something. 😂😂 I got up at 2pm hungry but was too lazy to get up. I finally gave in and made a mushroom black bean soup.

This past week I was too busy to notice if I was hungry. But I kept my water intake up and ate my meals. After setting up for a repast for my childhood friend's that lost their father. But I'm still strong on my detox tho ✊🏾
