I am hanging in there! I’ve done 16:8 before in the past but this 18:6 …….whoah! Now I know how a diabetic feels….I feel woozy as heck

My Battle

I can avoid eating (to fast), no problem!

My actual problem is drinking water!

I won’t eat OR drink…..I know I KNOW ….drink Peaches 🤦🏾‍♀️……please pray for me y’all

I’ll tell you that I too would use food for comfort so I get it. This experience initially felt like someone taking away my “protective blanket” but this detox has made me look at food differently! I realized I can eat healthy and feel that same satisfaction/comfort! I sincerely pray 🙏🏾 that feeling of anxiety/depression goes away! Not sure if your physically active but that helps too (warmest hugs) 💕
