You got this! I was a Newport/Pepsi person until last year. It was the hardest things for me to give up because I also was up to a pack a day. Remember it takes 21 days to make a habit. I was worried about gaining weight and I did gain some but I can breathe better, smell and taste has improved and I’ll live longer. Hang in there mamas❤️
