This is a word!! It’s unbelievable to me what women compete with each other for. We now have to compete with other men for a good man. The BBL’d, givin it up that day chic-for the bag chic-city girl chic-low vibration chic, is what has become the prefererece and statement for beauty. Malcolm X said it best, the black woman is the most unprotected and devalued…even by our own men. Women with traditional standards, who have worked to better themselves and their situation are viewed negatively. We are stuck-up and attitudish for not wanting settle, even as a middle-aged adult who has settled before and got dogged out. Must we keep doing the same thing expecting a different outcome? I’m confused. What is left after the BBL-City Girls, and other men who gather up all the decent/alpha men; that aren’t already married or taken. We are left with the men we have to mother and build up to our level, and this could be a very uncomfortable place for a men, putting the couple at risk for other issues.
Nowadays how do men rate a woman’s worth? Is it honestly by the inside, the outside, or both?
