She sounds like she has heavy anxiety and paranoia which is pretty common for social media influencers and successful business owners who's been through some things. She also lacks accountability I feel bad for her, but more so for the children who have to witness their mother go through this. I wish her the best.

I have heard that if the FDA is called out they have to document a finding and issue a fine. When they come in, they mostly just check your written SOPs and Procedures and will fine you if you fail to meet your own expectations. They are a business and need to make money like everyone else.
