I’ve been in that space. Thanks for sharing, that’s a start. I sought my primary care doc and was prescribed anti-depressants and anti anxiety. I’m no longer on meds. But, has since learned there are otc meds, at any health food store, just take longer to get in body to work. I pray blessings of healing for you.
