While I was on my H Pylori treatment my Dr advised me not to drink coffee until the bacteria was gone. My massage therapist told me about mud water mushroom boost. I'll post it above. Nothing like coffee. It I acquired a taste for it. I used my frother to make like a latte.

Tasha my husband always says that. I start to gag when I eat to much. I get extremely full and ready to barf. I will add chickpeas to my salad tomorrow.
