Cousin ❤️ first of all, I’m wrapping you in the biggest virtual hug right now. You are NOT crazy. You are NOT weak. And you are definitely NOT alone.
Sometimes when we’re overwhelmed, our bodies and minds get depleted — especially if something like vitamin D was helping before. That doesn’t mean something spiritual is attacking you. It means your body and nervous system might just need care and support.
You are loved. You are covered. And you matter more than you know.
When those lonely thoughts creep in, remember this:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
God is not far from you. He is near. Especially right now.
And this too:
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7
Fear doesn’t get to define you. Love does. Truth does. Light does.
If you need to check yourself in somewhere just to feel safe and supported, that’s not weakness — that’s wisdom. But before that, can we make sure you talk to a doctor about your vitamin D levels? There are low-cost clinics and over-the-counter options that might help. Sometimes our bodies being low can really impact our mood.
You don’t have to carry this alone. Call somebody. FaceTime somebody. Sit near people even if you don’t talk much. Isolation makes everything louder.
And please hear me: nothing and no one has spiritual power over you. You are protected. Period.
We love you. You are needed here. And this feeling is a season — not your identity.
More hugs coming your way 🤍
