IKEA, Walmart and Amazon. All the glass containers came from IKEA. I try to stay away from plastic. My doctor told me I was getting to much estrogen from using plastic. So I try to use glass and drink out off glass water bottles.

If you drink your water with key lime it helps with the crave and headache, but I’m pretty sure the headache is from detoxing your body. Listen to calm music that usually helps me.
