Above where I say Salsa on top: you can get a salsa recipe from Pinterest, YouTube, google, etc. I didn’t make a full batch salsa - I’m doing that tomorrow and it would exclude carrots. For this dinner - I chopped up 1 tomato, half of cucumber, some onions, cilantro, and some carrots, Italian seasoning, some olive oil and a squeeze of lemon & mixed it all together. I’m sure yours will be delicious 😋
