I've never had a Black gay man as a bestie but I have friends in the LGBTQ community. I don'tike when gay men are messy, disrespect women, act extra flamboyant for attn & not authentic.
Tasha I love you but it came off as victim shaming and judgemental. You basically said it was her fault she got assaulted because she decided to leave. Moms do not always protect their children. If her mom didn't believe that she was sexually assaulted, that speaks volume to theirs relationship dynamic. It was hard to watch. People monetize off their pain all the time. Tasha you monetized off this interview as well. What's different?
Tasha 23yo is young to get married. And most men at that age lack emotional intelligence and monogamy. The brain is not even fully developed until 25 years old. As a mental health professional, I would recommend 25yo at the earliest.. Ideally 27-28yo.
