That’s that white sugar baby! That’s like heroin! It’s going to be that way for you over the week. Once you learn to get that out your body don’t go back. Anyone out there with menopause hot flashes it worked for me since last year I started. Once we off the 14 day detox try monk fruit sugar! That looks delicious that you had so I will try that in the morning

Yes, since I’ve been working from home I’ve became one as well. I got to my highest and couldn’t even recognize my self anymore. If I could show you what l look like before Covid and up to a year ago you would say Ikyfl 😂. I don’t weight myself any more my clothes tell me I’m losing weight. I’ve been going to the gym 3/4 days a week since May 2022 to get the weight off and I’m so determined.

I forgot I did add chickpeas ( I washed them off) for protein. Oil and red wine vinegar. For flavor I did add cumin Mrs dash southwest chipotle and garlic and herb. Normally I would have added chili lime powder but I was out of that. I will finish that up today but if you make a lot, add the dressing as you go because the longer the vegetables sit in the dressing it will become soft.

Please yall pray for me.  It seems like a lot of food to cut out at once but im committed, but I will be here for encouragement.  I will be meditating a lot !!! Hard!!!  Yall stay the course. Im on my way to the gym to get my day going!!
