TashaK🍷 I’ve completed reading the 14 Day Fasting Guide. You’ve outdone yourself with this edition! The Guide is so detailed yet easy to navigate. The recipes look absolutely delicious; especially, the Mother Sauce and roasted sweet potatoes Recipe🍠! To make the eating windows work with my busy schedule, I'm taking your advice on prep work and shifting to a lighter workout like Pilates so I don't spike my appetite. I already feel a difference. Although I already eat similarly. I’m not saying it’s going to be easy but I will do my very best. So, I have some homework shopping and preparation to do and cannot wait to dive in with rest of Winos in Support🍷💯
