Chyna Stress, sleep deprivation/ Sleep apnea, hot temper, Nagging wife no shade. Also. Lack of self-control, Job related stress, bad diet are all triggers in rising pressure. I know it’s a lot to take in. Wish yal the best🙏🏾❤️🍷

Tasha I was a bit surprised when I heard you actually did an interview with Simon, but it was a great idea. This two sides to every story. He’s really a nice man with a big kind heart

Tasha I love it!..I see where you’re with this fabulous Hub idea for the winos to navigate much more efficiently and effectively . You did that Sis🍷 and thank you so much for considering us because the back-and-forth was driving me crazy lol

Chyna That’s ER-level pressure. So sorry to hear this. Never let it get that high unknowingly again. Get a blood pressure cuff from Amazon ASAP and check daily. Write it down. If numbers rise, go straight to the ER. The meds they use there to drop pressure fast are the best. Get the name and have your primary prescribe it as a 90-day supply because it works. Keep all old meds, don’t throw them away. Save them for later. Key note, stay low key when dealing with providers and prescriptions. Protect access to what actually works. Hope this helps.

May I oblige some insight while you wait on Tasha to reply! Let me know HBP is no joke. (Silent killer) once diagnosed by your provider you must take prescription meds as well as instantly changing your diet. no salt. I read your response it’s a go: No sodas processed or prepared foods say bye hun. Plenty of healthy fresh vegetables fruits water. bake lean skinless. Avocado Or Extra-virgin baking or sauté olive oil. Remove corn oil, vegetable oil out of your diet lay off heavy meats. I’m not a doctor/ nurse however I have a lot experience/ knowledge working alongside medical professionals.
