TKLIVE listen Tasha you were on point. As I shared with Nellie I am a world citizen and my work i đô that i love is bringing all people together. I am also a black American woman and I guess someone would say i should be fba - just not for me too but I dont knock fba. There is a reason and need for it. I know I am gọing to get flack for this but Tasha's point was also very valid. One should be able to share themselves without backlash. And that backlash was like wow. I just didn't it was fair whether its Tasha or someone with the fba. Why can we not be supportive either way. Nellie this was beautiful. My family also migrated from North Carolina to New York and The Bronx, and so I can truly relate to what you're saying. I would say that I'm very much like Tasha, but I'm also like, I guess an FBA would be, I feel like I am for all cultures to come together. Cause, that's what I'm up to in my life. A⅞ I work towards, but in terms of what we have gone through as a black race that's true, I have a sister-in-law from Jamaica, and we are north Carolinian. And when my sister in law's mother met my mother, she told my mother that African Americans were lazy and subsequently, my 3 nieces who are now in their 20s, told me at 5 years that African Americans were lazy as well. And that was my niece from my sister law, and also said that I was Jamaican and not lazy because I worked. And her dad wasn't lazy and my mother wasn't lazy. So we couldn't possibly be American. That was really eye-opening for me.
