Yes! Agreed. Did not realize how much I slowly started to rely on food as a comfort. I am definitely going to center myself , ask God for awareness and to help me to feel that void.

So I finally watched this… I hate how he felt like he knew what Tasha was going to say vs allowing her get her point across. Good job Tasha for taking control of the conversation. I hate when alpha men take on a conversation with an alpha female and don’t respect the direction of the conversation
