Hey Tasha and Wino Gang —

I wanted to share my book, Invisible Shifts, about my mental health journey and ask for your support. When Tasha brought up the Kanye West documentary I almost cried — it reminded me that many smart, high-functioning people live full lives while quietly managing mental health challenges.IM ONE OF THEM…… Being high-functioning doesn’t mean everything’s fine; it often means we’re good at coping and hiding the struggle, and sometimes we just need a little extra care and understanding.

You can purchase the book on Amazon, or text me 216-322-5022…and I’ll send you a copy so I can sign it for you. It’s an honest, short read and I’d love for you to know my story and the shifts that God continues to provide to keep me going.

Thanks — your support means a lot. Hope is real.

Tasha and Cheick are the posts on the back up page supposed to be posted-the throw backs? If you read some of the comments people were a little confused of the timing of the add, especially the one in NeNe and Greg. Just curious. Just a concerned wino checking in…..

There was a clip posted over the weekend that seemed awkward because an add ran in the middle of the interview. Just did not seem like yall work

Tasha please watch last 4 min of the clip. For the breakfast club to really push the narrative that Jay-Z and Diddy were not as close friends as we expected them to be clearly speak PR from the Carter’s camp. What the world knew to be obvious should not even warrant a discussion at this level - the fact that they all had an opinion, makes it that much more unrealistic to me.
