No bias because you like or dislike someone. Keep the same energy for EVERYONE. An example? Fantasia. Talking about her when something happens shouldn't be shelved because it's possibly problematic. If everyone else can get the smoke? So can she. Fairness is second. Maybe it's me, but I can't drag someone when they're right, despite the fact that i may dislike them. Example? Tamar and Funky. Tamar started that whole exchange but you almost only dragged Funky. Whether you like him or not, he didn't start it. She did, the way she starts it with everyone.
