Tasha I ordered my mud mask March 15th and still haven’t gotten it. I ordered 4 other products and got them already. I’ve emailed the support and they say in “ process” we are working on your ticket. What does that mean ? Just keep waiting.???

This might sound petty but oh well lol . I don’t like the fact that Nylah’s tier is 1st when I’m scrolling on the app. I shouldn’t have to 👀 for your content Tasha , when it’s your app. IJS 🙂🙃
