The building together that Tasha speaks of is namely for a young couple, on the same level, who don't have much. If you are an established woman , and have already built something worth mid 6/7 figures, it is best to build with someone close to [or within ]range--- and someone you have MARRIED. PLUS, NO good father would even want his upward mobile/well-off daughter to start building with someone living below the poverty line. Almost been there, and thankfully, never been.
