My opinion is this man was facing life in prison and I'm not sure what age he was when he was convicted to life in prison and wen he knew he was finally getting out on the conviction being overturned but finding out that she was pregnant he held it against her all the way until the day he got on the witness stand. He has some deep seated resentment against Caleb. So it was like if me Antonne can't have u, yr son Caleb never will either. He is mentally stuck at the age he was charged with murder. Also, Savannah's three turning points in her life was however and whenever she met his mother, when she decided to move from Maryland back to South Carolina, and when she decided to go back to her house that day instead of immediately leaving out of town after work. So sad. 😭 I've prayed for the wisdom of this story to apply to my own life. And mostly it's once I have left to nvr return to anything or anyone or any place in the past that has hurt me or where I was hurt. I must move forward. ❤️
