I’m watching Episode 2 of “Why Am I Single?” And Tasha, I did not expect for this series to be messy. 🤭🤣🤣🤣

OK, what are your thoughts on this Winos? 🍷On YouTube, Tasha played the clip of Pinky putting the blame of her failing business on her CFO, saying she was busy having babies. For some reason when she said that, I had the thought that her husband might’ve been trying to sabotage her. 🍷🍷🍷 Bc why are you repeatedly impregnating your wife when you know she’s running a new multi-million dollar company? Allow her to have some recovery time. 🍷🍷🍷 It’s probably no coincidence that when she’s going through it, his business is succeeding, and she won’t take his help. She is in a marriage and still operating as if she is single bc she declined his help with her business. It’s like they are subconsciously in competition with each other. It’s like he wants her to finally see him as the man, and she is like nah I got it. IDK. Something feels off. 🍷

Last night was my first time staying on the Zoom with the Winos. I only spoke in the chat 💬 but I thoroughly in-joyed myself. The discussion was all off topic, 😩🤣 but we had a time. 🍷💜💕

You do need to worry about the cost of over-giving.

If your compassion doesn’t start with you—you’re doing it wrong.

In trying to be thoughtful and considerate, your over-giving might actually be leading to burnout, resentment, and self-neglect.

It’s not noble. It’s not sustainable. And it’s costing you more than you think.

Over-giving can lead to:

• Burnout and exhaustion

• Neglecting your own needs

• Repressed anger

• Loss of self-esteem

• Financial strain

• Seeking external validation

• Resentment and bitterness

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

On the other side of this is a version of you with boundaries that protect your peace and support healthy, reciprocal relationships.
