Now Tasha (and team), here I am minding my Wino business, catching up on Wednesday’s live, and the video just disappeared from YouTube in the midst of me watching it. 😩 What happened?
These interviews were interesting to watch. I’m glad the husband was accountable for his actions. It seems like they had no business being together 26 years 😩 especially if he cheated for 23 of them. I find it interesting that they think their children won’t end up in abusive relationships when the chances of that happening are very high because of the environment they grew up in. I’ve learned that we all default to the programming of our nervous system. Our nervous systems are built based on what our parents modeled for us. The only way to combat that is therapy, coaching and self-work. They should also be aware that abuse shows up in many ways, not just physical. I witnessed domestic violence growing up and vowed to myself that I would never be in abusive relationship. Little did my little brain know that abuse is also psychological and emotional, and sure enough, I would find myself, later in life, in an psychological and emotionally abusive long-term relationship. What most people may not know is psychological and emotional abuse is also considered domestic violence. I got out of my situation six months after waking up. I hope Nikki heals and develops the self-love she needs to model a healthy relationship with herself for her children.
Jada should just check herself into rehab at this point. 😩 This is crazy! Somebody throw in the towel. Sheesh! I’m about to go download this book. When is the first book club discussion? 🤭Tasha when is the Zoom? 🫣😂
